RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. RETURN CONDITIONS
You can create a return request within 14 days of product delivery.

2. RETURN REQUIREMENTS
- The product must be unused
- The packaging must not be damaged
- It must be in a resalable condition

3. RETURN PROCESS
You need to contact us for a return.

4. CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled if they have not yet been prepared.

5. REFUND
Once the return is approved, payment will be made within 7 business days.
